There's no mistake in buying land

(July 30, 2013 )

There's no mistake in buying land or one that has a house on it for long term appreciation, I always say.  If lifestyle and affordability allow, most would go for a single family home.  It makes sense if the city you buy in is densely populated and has good factors lifting values up over time.  While most of us dont start up buying a house, a condo or townhouse is also a good real estate buy because chances are you may trade up in a few years.  At least you are in the market and building equity.
